Revision Process

If you are not completely satisfied with the initial deliverables:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of service delivery
  • Provide specific, detailed feedback about what needs to be changed or improved
  • Clearly outline your expectations and requirements
  • Reference specific elements, sections, or aspects that require modification

We will review your feedback and work with you to make necessary revisions. The number of included revisions depends on your service package. Minor revisions (color adjustments, text changes, minor edits) are typically included at no additional cost within the revision period.

Major Revisions

If significant changes are requested that differ substantially from the original project brief or require additional work beyond the scope of the initial agreement, additional fees may apply. We will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.

Refund Policy

While we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Service Not Delivered: We failed to deliver the service as described in the agreement
  • Technical Failure: Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery despite our best efforts
  • Pre-Work Cancellation: Cancellation requested before any substantial work has commenced
  • Breach of Agreement: We materially failed to meet our obligations under the service agreement
  • Duplicate Payment: Accidental duplicate charges

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service delivery
  • Include detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue through revisions first
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Partial Refunds

If work has been partially completed at the time of cancellation or if a refund is approved after partial delivery, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and the amount of time and resources invested.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved
  • Custom work that has been specifically tailored to your requirements
  • Services where significant time and resources have been invested
